Devil May Care

CommanderBond.net has a few articles on the new James Bond novel being published this coming May to celebrate the 100th birthday of Ian Flemming. Sebastian Faulks is the newest Bond author, "writing as Ian Flemming."

If your credited under your own name, doesn't that mean you're NOT writing as Ian Flemming?

Not that there's anything wrong with not writing as Ian Flemming. I'm not writing as him now...and I'd just as soon not muddy the waters about which stories WERE written by Flemming. Or L. Ron Hubbard for that matter, but I digress.

I'll be eager to see what Mr. Faulks brings to the table. He's bringing Bond back into the cold war era, which is an interesting start. The cover shown is from Amazon UK, but Amazon also has the US edition, sans cover art, available for preorder.
